What is Prompted Leader?
If you’ve been directed here, it’s because you were referred by someone we trust or you’re already a Leadership Reality client or partner. If that’s not the case but if this cohort resonates with where you’re headed—just let us know. We’re serious about curation, not exclusivity.
This cohort works best when the room is full of leaders who are ready to move—strategically, personally, and intelligently.

Cohort Options
We’re running two parallel Prompted Leader cohorts. Both are live, high-impact, and focused on helping you become an AI-capable leader. The core content is the same—clarity, fluency, and leadership transformation—but the tooling emphasis differs slightly.
Choose the track that fits your context and stack.
Cohort 1: The Prompted Leader – Open Platform
Wednesdays (8/13, 8/20, & 8/27) at 8:00 AM (ET)
• For leaders across sectors and platforms
• Platform-agnostic with a strong focus on ChatGPT (required)
• Ideal for startups, non-tech teams, public sector, nonprofit, or cross-platform teams
• No Microsoft access required
Cohort 2: The Prompted Leader – Microsoft Focus
Thursdays (8/14, 8/21, & 8/28) at 12:00 PM (ET)
• Includes everything in Cohort 1
• Adds a deeper dive into Microsoft ecosystem: Copilot, Teams, SharePoint, Azure OpenAI
• Ideal for leaders inside Microsoft environments—or those building AI capability on Microsoft infrastructure
• Non-Microsoft participants will still gain significant insight and practical tools
Bottom line:
• If you’re new to AI and using ChatGPT: start with Cohort 1
• If you’re inside Microsoft, or want to lead within that environment: join Cohort 2
Both will stretch your thinking, sharpen your leadership, and increase your real-world AI fluency.
